Some birds and spring runoff
The spring runoff kept me from going all the way up to Clark's gully water fall
I finally got a picture of a Cardinal which spend the winter but are down in the brush. Now they are trying to be seen by a passing female.
I think this is a pair of House Wrens but they may just be checking each other out.
This Mourning Dove was basking in the sun
A Robin just daring Grenville to chase him - which he did.
We scared up a couple of Woodducks but couldn't get a shot through the trees. These Mallards seemed a bit perturbed and flew in a circle until we left.

March goes out like a Lion
How the trail looked last Tuesday and up to yesterday
The trail this morning. Notice Grenville leaping to be able to move at all. At least it is March where expect snow.

These guys are Looking for spring.
The Skunk Cabbage is finally in bloom a couple weeks later than normal.
Spring can only be around the corner.
