Woodchuck and Vulture

I was wonder if this guy was still around since I didn't see much activity around the hole.
I'm not dead just old!  Come back later.

This may be the first Mourning Warbler I have seen and photographed.
This may not be the greatest picture but it is one of the last Chestnut trees
A little closer look at the flowers.

Also enjoying the trail

Changed lens to my teley and looked up to see this rabbit in the path.  By the time I got my lens cover off he was on his way.
The Mallard did stick around like usual.
Sittin' on the fence Mr  Chipmunk was tring to decide wither to cross the path or go back.

Dears

This shot just cracks me up
This might be the same deer (I saw 4-5), but it didn't seem to mind that Grenville was next to me although looking on the other side of the trail.

Mostly birds

A Cardinal was making a lot of racket, but sitting out in the open so a mate could see his brilliant color.
I finally caught up with this guy crossing the path.  I wonder if they have a compass because from his level every direction must look the same.
This Ring-bill Seagull is looking like I should have brought some dinner with me.

The color red

There are 10% more Red Admirals around but I have only heard that they are migrating, no other explanation.
The other red is the Baltimore Oriole.  Just a beautiful bird.

A different snake etc.

I wish I had a yellow pencil with me to set next to this Garter snake since he was about the same size.
