Taughannock Falls SP

This is the only White Deer that I saw on my second trip by today.  On the first trip I saw at least 20 normal White Tails, but no whites.  It has been over a year since I have seen one I was afraid that something had happened to them.  I used to drive but with a 90% certainty that I would seen at least one.

Hill Cumorah

This is the Angle Moroni at the Hill Cumorah.  This is of course the place where Joe Smith found some tablets that led to the Church of the Later Day Saints (Mormons)

Lollypop farm

Spring must be on a Carnival Cruise in the Caribbean.

Lollypop Farm is a local animal shelter and these are some of the rescued horses in the snow that shouldn't be here.

Boughton pond

The snow is mostly gone from the land but the ice is very much still around.

Some hope of spring

I had to look long and hard to find this Skunk Cabbage flower in the usual cabbage patch. It was there so spring is coming.

20 miles south

 20 miles south they had about 4 inches of snow last night we had maybe and inch.

 The Creek at Grimes Glen is flowing well despite the January cold weather this weekend.

 Turkeys and crow gobbling up the dropped corn in this field.  I counted about 20 turkeys in my pictures.  A really big herd.
