More Hummingbird moths

 Here are a couple more moths that I saw today.  This may break the spell that I only see ! moth per year for the past 4-5 years.

Clearwing

A Hummingbird Clearwing Moth.  This guy was about half the size of the others I have seen in the past at about 1 inch.  The others were the size of a Hummingbird and acted just like them.

The deer and rabbit

Forget the turtle, who's fast the deer or the rabbit?

1.   Hey yuck!  THIS does not taste like Beer.

Bristol Mtn rain

It was raining so hard that I pulled in the Bristol Mountain Parking lot to wait it out.  I had to wait for it to let up a bit so I could see the mountain and take a picture without getting soaked.

Butterflies

 Finally a Monarch, as I listen to reports of them being further north in Canada than ever before

This is probably a Painted Lady or some Checkerspot
