Trip to South Central NY

 This Walking Stick just showed up on my foot.  It was small by Stick standards.

 Ichabod Crane pasted by this morning, but I'm sure he will return Halloween night

 What fog?

The hill are aglow with peak colour down here at least.

Bridge to fall

 This a brand new bridge between the Auburn trail and a side trail off the Lehigh Trail.  It so new they have not yet put in the steps.

The sun has been shining and the temperature goes from frost to 80° F .

First frost

 The frost melted off the cobweb leaving some pearls

 The frost was still there when we finally got there.  Ok, those are Grenville's words.

Buckeye and Buck

The first Buckeye I have photographed.  Probably the first I've seen

This buck and doe crossed in front of me and the guy behind was probably wondering why the sudden stop and what am I taking a picture of.

Sunshine

 We had sun today - briefly. But we got some fall pix

More rain

The rain was coming down and the fog was rising.
