A bunch of unusual birds as they past by

 Snow geese in a corn field.  Not normal in our fields but usually several miles east.

 The first Skunk cabbage about a month late

 The Hooded Merganser with the big head looks a bit miffed at the other guy attracting the female

These ducks are stopping thinking they have arrived at the arctic. Ring-necked ducks, Redhead and Buffel Head (left to right)

The Swains are still on the creek

 Maybe they will stay.

Swans

 These Swans were relaxing and feed on Mud Creek.  Not a usual sight.

 The highs for the day have started to be above freezing and you can see the snow on the bridge which shows how much must melt.  About 18"

The lake is frozen end to end.
