 This Red Tailed Hawk would not wait for a nice portrait

I was taking a picture of the broken limbs on the tree caused by the overload of apples when this Downy Woodpecker insisted on a picture

 Someone dragged these guys out to the bridge a lot of work after having spent all the time carving them.

Brad got it right with my dog.

 When the leaves are changing there is little probability of someone swimming

 Northern Finches I took the picture the lower right guy and discovered the others in post processing

This must be a milkweed but not the normal ones we see.
