Grimes Glen

I should have been here a couple weeks ago because it was unbearable hot and humid.  The best trail is up the creek bed.
I think my feet are losing the blue color now that I am back home.

This week in pictures

It has been way too hot and humid so few pictures.  I did see this Clouded Sulfur on the Queen Ann's lace
A Wild Sunflower at least I don't think they were planted and therefore must be wild
 A maybe Blackeyed Susan
This little Mink flew across the path at the South end of Canandiagua Lake which is really neat because I have never seen one there nor any signs of them.

A Happy Forth of July

This Turkey Vulture stood on the pole intimating an Eagle knowing that tomorrow was Independence Day around these parts and we don't have very many Bald Eagles for pictures.
